Eastern Construction was recognized by CertainTeed for being awarded & completing the largest exterior renovation project, in the United States, for the project currently under-construction at Woodbridge Station Apartments. The 44 building project will include the replacement of 9,500 squares of siding, 3,600 squares of roofing, full exterior paint, 386 deck rebuilds and upgrades to all building light fixtures.

Multifamily Renovation and Capital Improvements Project

Eastern completed an extensive multifamily Capital Improvements renovation on the enormous 15 Building, garden-style apartment community in Fairfax, VA. Burkeshire Commons enjoys a great location and a premier management team, however the property was outdated and in need of significant improvements. The renovation included gutters full and down spouts, 3,800 squares of siding replacement full exterior paint, lighting enhancements and breezeway upgrades. All 360 Units received new window & slider upgrades along with the full replacement of 248 balconies on every upper level apartment. Residents now have ample and upgraded space for community events with the addition of a new Sundeck and BBQ area.

Fort Belvoir 260th Regiment Regional Training Center

Eastern Construction had the honor of building the 260th Regiment Regional Training Center at the military base Fort Belvoir in Northern Virginia. New Construction covered everything from the dining facility, to three classrooms, a 117-person auditorium and included the billeting for approximately 80 soldiers. This state-of-the-art facility offers quality training, education, and professional development to Guardsmen and women around the nation, as a military training facility.

The Henry is a luxury 101 unit-condo development located at 525 N Fayette Street in Alexandria, Virginia. The 6-story project included construction in one and two-bedroom units along with penthouses and lofts. Eastern's portfolio included the completion of amenities ranging from controlled access garage parking, The new fitness center, The rooftop terrace and a courtyard.
